TGIF Agribusiness Limited, an Ahmedabad-based single-segment farming (fruits & vegetables) company, reported its H1 FY26 unaudited results. Revenue from operations fell to ₹172.56 lakhs from ₹186.67 lakhs in H1 FY25, a year-on-year decline of about 7.6%. Profit after tax, however, rose to ₹105.60 lakhs from ₹97.19 lakhs (up ~8.7%) and EPS improved to ₹4.08 from ₹3.76, supported by lower total expenditure (₹75.89L vs ₹87.68L) and higher other income (₹12.03L vs ₹0.97L). The statutory auditor (Samir M. Shah & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report. The balance sheet shows total equity of ₹1,176.14 lakhs and cash & cash equivalents of ₹459.23 lakhs (down from ₹492.69 lakhs at March-end 2025). Operating cash flow was healthy at ₹74.32 lakhs. Separately, the company confirmed IPO funds of ₹639.47 lakhs (raised May 2024) have no deviation in use, though only ₹257.74 lakhs has been deployed so far — with very low utilization of the agricultural equipment & irrigation allocation (₹8.83L of ₹205.97L).
Mixed picture for shareholders: bottom-line growth and strong cash reserves are positives, but the decline in core operating revenue and the very slow deployment of IPO funds (especially for farm equipment) could raise concerns about growth visibility.
