Thacker and Company Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025, approved at a board meeting held on 12 February 2026. On a standalone basis, the company swung to a net loss of around Rs. 163 lakh in 9M FY26 compared to a net profit of about Rs. 124 lakh in 9M FY25, while standalone revenue from operations declined to roughly Rs. 457 lakh from about Rs. 702 lakh in the same period. Consolidated results also showed a 9M loss of about Rs. 176 lakh versus a profit of Rs. 380 lakh last year, though this includes significant contributions from associates AMJ Land Holding and Pudumjee Products. The auditor (P R Agarwal & Awasthi) issued an unqualified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Negative for shareholders in the near term — the company has slipped into a loss on both standalone and consolidated 9M FY26 basis, with revenue contracting meaningfully. Investors should watch for the full-year trajectory and any commentary on the trading and business centre segments, as the sharp PAT reversal is a clear red flag.
