Thakkers Group Ltd reported strong results for FY25 with revenue from operations of ₹876.78 lakhs, up from ₹490.67 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 79%. Total income for the year rose to ₹2,245.15 lakhs from ₹1,773.65 lakhs. Profit after tax nearly doubled to ₹783.11 lakhs versus ₹390.32 lakhs in the previous year, lifting EPS to ₹49.46 from ₹24.65. Q4 FY25 PAT of ₹347.71 lakhs was also sharply higher than ₹138.11 lakhs in Q4 FY24. The statutory auditor M/s Karwa Malani Kalantri & Associates issued an unmodified opinion on the results. The previous year's figures have been recasted/restated as necessary.
The sharp year-on-year jump in both revenue and profit signals a strong operational rebound, which is positive for shareholders. The clean (unmodified) auditor opinion and absence of exceptional items add credibility to the numbers.
