Q1 FY27 saw a steep decline across the board. Standalone revenue fell about 30% YoY to Rs 117.89 crore from Rs 169.42 crore. Standalone PAT crashed nearly 96% to Rs 1.11 crore from Rs 25.53 crore. On a consolidated basis, revenue dropped 28% to Rs 125.25 crore and PAT collapsed to just Rs 0.57 crore from Rs 26.26 crore YoY. EPS stood at Rs 0.55 (standalone) and Rs 0.28 (consolidated) versus Rs 12.75 and Rs 13.11. Margins compressed sharply as total expenses barely declined. The statutory auditors gave an unmodified review conclusion.
Sharp earnings miss with severe margin compression; likely to weigh on sentiment and the stock in the near term.
