However, standalone Q3 profit fell to Rs 24.72 cr from Rs 31.37 cr YoY, and 9M profit slipped to Rs 82.28 cr from Rs 87.53 cr. The dip includes a Rs 1.31 cr standalone (Rs 1.45 cr consolidated) one-time exceptional charge from new Labour Codes for past service costs. Margins saw pressure from higher material and employee costs.
Strong revenue growth but profit dipped on one-time Labour Code charge; margins under pressure.
