Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited's board, meeting on May 23, 2025, approved audited standalone and consolidated results for FY25 along with a final dividend of Rs. 4.50 per share (subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on August 29, 2025; record date August 1, 2025). Statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 10% to Rs. 35,901 million (from Rs. 32,657 million), EBITDA rose around 13% to Rs. 8,137 million, and net profit was largely flat at Rs. 4,311 million (vs Rs. 4,245 million). EPS stood at Rs. 21.23. The board also approved raising up to Rs. 1,500 crore of debt securities (including NCDs) on a private placement basis, and appointed a new secretarial auditor for 5 years.
The Rs. 4.50 dividend is a modest reward for shareholders, while the clean audit opinion supports credibility. However, total borrowings jumped sharply from Rs. 9,092 million to Rs. 14,759 million (debt-equity rising from 0.55 to 0.73), and a further Rs. 1,500 crore debt-raising plan signals rising leverage that investors should watch closely. Operating cash flow remained healthy at Rs. 5,230 million, providing some comfort on the debt build-up.
