Narayana Hrudayalaya's Board approved audited standalone and consolidated results for FY25. Revenue from operations grew about 9.9% year-on-year to Rs. 3,590.12 crore (vs Rs. 3,265.70 crore in FY24), while net profit rose marginally to Rs. 431.14 crore from Rs. 424.52 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.50 per share, with August 1, 2025 set as the record date and the AGM scheduled for August 29, 2025. It also approved raising up to Rs. 1,500 crore per year through debt securities (including NCDs) on a private placement basis, and appointed Vinod Kothari & Company as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results, and the merger scheme with subsidiary Meridian Medical Research & Hospital remains pending stock exchange and SEBI approval.
Steady top-line growth, a stable dividend, and an unmodified audit opinion support investor confidence, though the proposed Rs. 1,500 crore debt-raising plan could increase leverage (standalone debt-equity ratio already rose to 0.73 from 0.55) once executed.
