Indus Fila's board approved Q3 FY26 standalone results on February 11, 2026. Revenue from operations stood at zero for the quarter as well as for the nine-month period, meaning the company continues to generate no operating income. Net loss for the quarter widened to Rs 88.66 lakhs before tax (Rs 89.74 lakhs after tax) versus a Rs 52.48 lakhs loss in the year-ago quarter. For the nine months ended December 2025, the loss deepened to Rs 237.47 lakhs from Rs 171.01 lakhs a year earlier, a deterioration of roughly 39%. Total expenses of Rs 88.66 lakhs in Q3 were dominated by finance costs of Rs 45.38 lakhs and other expenses of Rs 38.87 lakhs. Basic/diluted EPS for the quarter was Rs (1.76). The statutory auditor, Tolwani & Associates, issued an unqualified limited review report.
With zero operating revenue and steadily mounting losses (almost entirely made up of finance costs and overheads), the company shows no clear path to operational recovery, which is a serious concern for shareholders and likely to keep the stock under pressure.
