The Board of C & C Constructions approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025), reporting zero revenue from operations and a small loss of Rs 1.47 lakh against total income of Rs 34.99 lakh. The company has no comparable figures for the year-ago quarter because financial results were not prepared during the CIRP and liquidation period. The company was acquired as a going concern by M/s R K Constructions on December 27, 2024 for Rs 104 crore, after NCLT ordered its liquidation in October 2022. The new management has relied entirely on records handed over by the Liquidator, and an NCLT application seeking reliefs and concessions is pending. The Board also appointed ASG & Associates as new Statutory Auditor for five years, Preet Kumar & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, and Rahul J Garg & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY26. CFO Mr. Avanish Kumar resigned citing personal reasons, effective the same day.
Shareholders should note the company is in a transitional phase post-liquidation acquisition, with significant uncertainty flagged by the auditor (Emphasis of Matter) regarding pending records from the Liquidator and unresolved NCLT proceedings. Operationally, the company has no core revenue yet, and minor ongoing tax and PF litigation remains sub-judiced. The new auditor appointments and CFO exit add to governance churn, and future results remain contingent on NCLT outcomes and the new promoter R K Constructions reviving business activity.
