PAE Limited has completed the implementation of its Resolution Plan approved by the NCLT Mumbai Bench on November 27, 2024. The eighth and final meeting of the Monitoring Committee was held on May 2, 2025, after which the management of the company was handed over to the successful resolution applicant. With this handover, the Monitoring Committee stands dissolved effective May 3, 2025. The communication was signed by the Erstwhile Resolution Professional, Umesh Balaram Sonkar.
This marks the formal end of the corporate insolvency resolution process for PAE Limited. Going forward, the new resolution applicant (new management/promoter) will have full control over the company's operations and strategy, which is a positive milestone signalling the company's emergence from insolvency.
