Indiabulls Enterprises Ltd informed stock exchanges about an internal restructuring within the promoter group. An aggregate of 4,17,25,150 equity shares (21.04% of paid-up capital) were transferred on May 22, 2025 from Zwina Infrastructure Pvt Ltd to Inuus Developers Pvt Ltd and Valerian Real Estate Pvt Ltd, with each receiving 2,08,62,575 shares (10.52% each). Post-transfer, Zwina Infrastructure's holding has gone to zero, while Inuus Developers and Valerian Real Estate each now hold 15.96% (up from 5.44% earlier).
