Jitesh Rameshchandra Khokhani, Whole Time Director and Promoter of Shamrock Industrial Company Ltd, has disclosed the sale of 15,27,696 equity shares (28.14% of the company) through an off-market transaction on 25 September and 26 September 2025. The shares were sold to the Acquirers of the company pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement signed on 29 May 2025. As a result, the combined promoter group (along with Persons Acting in Concert) holding has reduced from 22,23,666 shares (40.98%) to 6,95,970 shares (12.84%) of the paid-up equity capital. Jitesh Khokhani's individual holding has gone to zero. The company's total equity share capital remains unchanged at 54,28,414 shares of Rs. 10 each.
