Jitesh Rameshchandra Khokhani, Whole Time Director and Promoter, along with 15 Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), have sold 15,27,696 equity shares (28.14%) of Shamrock Industrial Company Ltd through off-market transactions on 25 and 26 September 2025. The sale was executed pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated 29 May 2025 with the Acquirers of the company. As a result, the combined promoter group holding has dropped sharply from 40.98% (22,23,666 shares) to 12.84% (6,95,970 shares).
