Calleis Real Estate Pvt Ltd and its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), all part of the promoter group, carried out an internal restructuring on May 9, 2025. A total of 2.16 crore shares (10.88% of the company) were moved off-market between promoter entities — 54 lakh shares each were transferred by Calleis Constructions, Calleis Properties, and Powerscreen Media to Inuus Developers and Valerian Real Estate. As a result, Calleis Real Estate's direct holding dropped from 2.72% to zero, while the PACs' combined holding rose from 33.60% to 36.32%. The overall promoter group stake remains unchanged at 36.32% of Indiabulls Enterprises, since this is purely an inter-se transfer among promoters. No shares were traded with outside investors.
