Indian Hotels Company Ltd has announced its 125th Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 30, 2026. The Board has recommended a dividend of ₹3.25 per equity share of ₹1 face value for FY 2025-26. The record date for determining shareholder entitlement to receive the dividend has been fixed as June 23, 2026. If approved by shareholders at the AGM, the dividend will be paid from July 3, 2026 onwards, subject to deduction of applicable tax at source.
