Q1 FY27 results: PAT up 26 percent, revenue up 23 percent, auditor re-appointed

The Peria Karamalai Tea and Produce Co reported Q1 FY27 (June 2026) results. Revenue from operations rose about 23 percent to Rs 20.56 crore from Rs 16.67 crore YoY. Net profit after tax grew about 26 percent to Rs 9.90 crore from Rs 7.85 crore. EPS stood at Rs 31.98 versus Rs 25.35. Board approved re-appointment of M/s Jayaraman and Krishna as statutory auditors for a second five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Auditor issued an unqualified limited review report. A small Rs 1.24 lakh exceptional item was booked for new Labour Codes.
