THE QUARTERLY FINANCIAL RESULTS OF SILISON VALLEY INFO TECH LIMITED
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Silicon Valley Infotech Ltd reported virtually no revenue from operations (just Rs 0.02 lacs) for Q2 FY26, same as prior quarters. The company posted a standalone loss of Rs 7.12 lacs for Q2 FY26, though H1 FY26 showed a profit of Rs 5.52 lacs entirely driven by a one-time exceptional item of Rs 21.89 lacs booked in Q1. Total income dropped sharply from Rs 34.52 lacs in H1 FY25 to Rs 7.54 lacs in H1 FY26. The balance sheet is deeply stressed, with negative other equity of Rs (1,345.23) lacs against share capital of Rs 1,296.80 lacs, and total assets of just Rs 82.49 lacs. Net cash from operating activities was negative at Rs (1.50) lacs for the half year, continuing the trend from the previous year.
This is a very weak set of results for shareholders. The core business is generating almost no revenue, operating cash flow remains negative, and accumulated losses have wiped out equity well beyond share capital. The half-year profit is not from operations but from a one-time exceptional gain from the settlement of a long-pending REC Ltd dispute, so it is not sustainable.
