For the consolidated quarter ended 30 September 2026, revenue from operations rose 10.0% to Rs2,462.75 crore from Rs2,238.74 crore, while profit after tax fell 48.0% to Rs40.46 crore from Rs77.88 crore. The operating margin before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation fell to 30.9% from 33.6%, with an exceptional gain of Rs4.80 crore. Auditors drew attention to the Rs258.63 crore Competition Commission case; their conclusion was unchanged.
Revenue growth helps, but lower profit and a narrower operating margin may pressure the stock in the near term.
