Rolta India has fixed January 17, 2026 as the record date for delisting its equity shares from BSE and NSE. This follows the NCLT Mumbai bench's approval on December 15, 2025 of a resolution plan submitted by Ashdan Properties Private Limited under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The delisting of shares is part of the approved resolution plan and is being done under Regulation 3(2)(b)(i) of SEBI's Delisting Regulations, which exempts it from the standard delisting process. Applications seeking delisting have already been filed with NSE on December 24, 2025 and BSE on December 26, 2025.
Shareholders holding Rolta India shares as of the January 17, 2026 record date will see their shares extinguished as part of the IBC resolution process. After delisting, the shares will no longer trade on the stock exchanges, effectively ending public trading in the stock. Shareholders should review the approved resolution plan terms for any exit entitlements or treatment of their holdings.
