On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.3 pts more than its Trading & Distributors peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

STC approved FY25 audited consolidated results and June 2025 quarter limited-review results. The auditor issued a qualified opinion and said group accounts use a non-going-concern basis. Trade receivables of Rs 1,72,533.71 lakh were over three years old, with a possible Rs 1,06,982.54 lakh bad-debt provision shortfall. Borrowings were Rs 80,623.24 lakh. A Rs 200 crore bank debt settlement was paid after March.
The settlement may ease debt costs, but audit qualification, ageing receivables and going concern uncertainty could weigh on the stock.
