On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.7 pts less than its Trading & Distributors peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
STC board on Feb 11, 2026 approved Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended Sep 30, 2025) results. Standalone H1 profit jumped to Rs 619.03 cr from Rs 20.40 cr last year, driven by Rs 606.23 cr exceptional gain from One Time Settlement of Rs 200 cr with six lender banks. However, auditor P V A R & Associates issued a qualified opinion on standalone and a disclaimer on consolidated results, flagging that accounts are on a non-going concern basis. Auditor noted overstatement of trade receivables by around Rs 1,071 cr, unresolved L&DO demand of Rs 4,743 cr, DRT order for Rs 26.55 cr, and various asset valuation issues. Ritu Bhatia appointed as new Company Secretary effective March 10, 2026.
Qualified opinion and non-going concern flag are major red flags; one-time OTS profit masks deep structural issues with old receivables and unresolved liabilities.
