Western India Plywoods reported Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30.06.2026) standalone revenue of Rs 2,651 lakhs, down from Rs 2,882 lakhs YoY. Standalone net profit fell to Rs 26 lakhs (from Rs 51 lakhs), with EPS at Rs 0.31. On a consolidated basis, the company swung to a net loss of Rs 30 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 34 lakhs YoY, dragged by subsidiary losses of Rs 56.89 lakhs. Auditor Sankar and Moorthy issued an unmodified opinion. Subsidiary Mayabandar Doors Mysore factory remains suspended due to operational constraints and financial unviability.
