Q3 FY26 standalone revenue grew to Rs. 13,268.51 lakhs (up about 18.8% YoY). Standalone Q3 PAT fell to Rs. 1,078.09 lakhs (down about 17%) due to a Rs. 273.11 lakhs one-time charge from new labour codes. 9M FY26 standalone PAT rose modestly to Rs. 3,743.68 lakhs. Change in depreciation method added Rs. 145.80 lakhs to Q3 PAT and Rs. 398.44 lakhs to 9M PAT. Consolidated PAT declined. Board also approved ESOP grants of 7,236 options at Rs. 1,304 each.
Revenue grew but Q3 PAT fell on one-time labour code charge and higher costs. ESOP grant may cause mild dilution. Results broadly in line.
