Thermax Limited reported audited consolidated financial results for FY 2025-26. Revenue from operations grew 3.1% to Rs. 10,694 crore from Rs. 10,369 crore in the previous year. Net profit increased 15.4% to Rs. 720.5 crore compared to Rs. 624 crore last year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 14 per share plus a special dividend of Rs. 6 per share to mark the company's 60th anniversary, totaling Rs. 20 per share. Exceptional items of Rs. 61.2 crore for the year included reversal of litigation provision of Rs. 50.6 crore and interest income of Rs. 31.6 crore, partially offset by Rs. 21 crore impact from new Labour Codes. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements.
