Thirani Projects Ltd submitted unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025, approved at its Board meeting held on 8 August 2025. Revenue from operations rose to ₹22.14 lakhs from ₹19.99 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 11%. Total expenses dropped sharply to ₹5.23 lakhs from ₹15.50 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, driven mainly by lower employee costs and absence of one-time listing/delisting fees. Profit before tax and profit after tax both came in at ₹16.92 lakhs versus ₹4.50 lakhs in Q1 FY25, with EPS of ₹0.08 versus ₹0.02. The statutory auditor issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
The sharp jump in profitability (PAT up nearly 3.8x year-on-year) is positive on paper, but the company remains very small-scale and has negative other equity of about ₹775 lakhs, which is a concern. Shareholders should note the unusually low expense base is unlikely to sustain, so the headline earnings beat may not reflect ongoing operational improvement.
