Thirani Projects' board approved unaudited standalone financial results for Q3 FY26 and the nine months ended 31 December 2025, along with an unqualified limited review report from statutory auditor R.K. Kankaria & Co. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 26.04 lakh in Q3 FY26 from Rs 20.86 lakh in Q3 FY25, a jump of about 25% year-on-year. For the nine-month period, revenue grew to Rs 74.14 lakh (vs Rs 61.15 lakh, up ~21%). Profit for the period was Rs 16.26 lakh in Q3 (vs Rs 12.49 lakh) and Rs 40.96 lakh for nine months (vs Rs 23.30 lakh), an increase of roughly 76%. Total expenses rose to Rs 9.78 lakh in Q3 from Rs 8.69 lakh a year ago. EPS stood at Rs 0.08 for the quarter (vs Rs 0.06). No investor complaints were pending.
The double-digit revenue and profit growth on a year-on-year basis is mildly positive for sentiment, though absolute numbers remain very small. The clean limited review and no pending complaints suggest no governance red flags for now.
