API Holdings, the ultimate parent of Thyrocare, has fully redeemed Non-Convertible Debentures worth Rs 1,700 crore. Catalyst Trusteeship, the debenture trustee, has issued a No-Dues and Release Certificate on August 19, 2026, confirming complete discharge of all obligations. The pledge on the shares has been fully released and all Transaction Documents stand discharged. Thyrocare states there is no direct impact on the company.
