Docon Technologies (promoter of Thyrocare) updated its disclosure on pledging 3,23,23,232 Thyrocare shares (60.93% of total share capital) with Catalyst Trusteeship as security for NCDs issued by API Holdings (Docon's parent). API Holdings fully repaid Series 2 NCDs worth 500 crore rupees on October 28, 2025, but the number of pledged shares remains unchanged because Series 1 NCDs worth 1,200 crore rupees are still outstanding.
Repayment of 500 crore Series 2 NCDs by API Holdings does not free any pledged shares - 60.93% of promoter stake remains encumbered.
