Docon Technologies Pvt Ltd, the promoter and wholly owned subsidiary of API Holdings, sold 1,57,69,696 equity shares (about 9.9 percent) of Thyrocare Technologies through on-market trades including block deals on August 13, 2026. Promoter shareholding fell from 60.92 percent to 51.02 percent of paid-up equity capital. Docon continues to remain the promoter and holding company of Thyrocare. The shares sold were unencumbered; pledged shares remained unchanged.
Large promoter trimming of nearly 10 percent may pressure the stock near term due to supply overhang, though promoter still retains majority control above 50 percent.
