On the reaction day the stock moved 10.5 pts less than its Healthcare Service Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Thyrocare approved unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended Sept 30, 2026. Standalone Q2 revenue rose 26% to Rs 256.25 crore and profit rose 12% to Rs 48.13 crore (EPS Rs 3.03). Consolidated revenue rose 25% to Rs 270.81 crore, but profit fell to Rs 15.22 crore after a Rs 44.98 crore impairment on Nueclear Healthcare. Sale of NHL for about Rs 141.40 crore awaits shareholder approval. Auditor review was unmodified.
Revenue grew strongly, but a Rs 45 crore impairment and the pending Nueclear sale hit consolidated profit and may weigh on the stock.
