On the reaction day the stock moved 3.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.2 pts less than its Healthcare Service Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY26 results: consolidated revenue Rs 216.53 crore and profit Rs 47.81 crore, versus Rs 177.36 crore and Rs 26.38 crore a year ago; EPS Rs 9.05. Interim dividend of Rs 7 per share declared, record date October 24, 2025. A 2:1 bonus issue (about 10.61 crore new shares) was recommended, pending shareholder approval. 59,450 shares were allotted under the employee stock option plan. Paid-up shares rose to 5.30 crore.
Strong profit growth plus dividend and bonus should lift sentiment; the 2:1 bonus is cosmetic and will mechanically adjust price and EPS.
