On the reaction day the stock moved 3.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.2 pts less than its Healthcare Service Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Thyrocare declared an interim dividend of Rs 7 per share for financial year 2025-26, with October 24, 2025 as the record date and payment within 30 days. It also proposed 2 bonus shares for every 1 existing share, about 10.61 crore new shares, pending shareholder and regulatory approval. Q2 consolidated revenue rose 22% to Rs 216.53 crore and profit after tax rose 30% to Rs 47.81 crore.
Dividend and bonus reward holders, and profit growth may support sentiment. The bonus still needs approval and does not itself add value.
