Tiger Logistics' Board, at its meeting on 27th May 2025, approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31st March 2025. FY25 revenue from operations surged to ₹53,630.50 lakhs from ₹24,025.85 lakhs in FY24, more than doubling year-on-year. Net profit for FY25 rose to ₹2,700.80 lakhs from ₹1,296.39 lakhs, while Q4 FY25 revenue stood at ₹11,450.46 lakhs with PAT of ₹643.62 lakhs. EPS for FY25 came in at ₹2.56 vs ₹1.23 in the previous year. The statutory auditor (Garg Agrawal & Agrawal) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The Board also appointed M/s AMJ & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY26–FY30) and approved a postal ballot to appoint a new Independent Director and increase the remuneration of Ms. Simar Malhotra from the Promoter Group.
Strong top-line and profit growth signals robust business expansion, likely positive for the stock. However, operating cash flow remained negative (₹1,886.27 lakhs) and short-term borrowings tripled to ₹3,354.35 lakhs, indicating that growth is being partly funded by debt and working capital is stretching, which investors should monitor closely.
