Tiger Logistics posted Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 22,514 lakhs, up 33% YoY from Rs 16,873 lakhs. H1 FY26 revenue rose 39% to Rs 37,766 lakhs. However, Q2 PAT fell 32% to Rs 585 lakhs and H1 PAT dropped 40% to Rs 802 lakhs despite higher revenue, showing sharp margin compression. PBT margin shrank to about 3% from 6.7%. Operating cash flow turned negative at minus Rs 1,919 lakhs in H1 versus positive Rs 71 lakhs a year ago. Statutory auditor Garg Agrawal gave an unqualified review.
Mixed: strong top-line growth but steep profit fall and negative operating cash flow raise concerns on margin and working capital health.
