Time Technoplast reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,56,477 lakhs for Q3 FY26, up about 12.8% from ₹1,38,774 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Net profit for the quarter rose to ₹12,852 lakhs, up roughly 25.5% year-on-year from ₹10,238 lakhs. For the nine-month period, revenue grew about 11% to ₹4,42,853 lakhs and profit after tax grew about 21% to ₹34,230 lakhs. Operating EBITDA margin expanded to 15.05% in Q3 from 14.56% a year ago, with net profit margin improving to 8.20% from 7.37%. The balance sheet strengthened materially with debt-equity ratio dropping to 0.07 from 0.23, following a ₹800 crore QIP raised in November 2025 and a 1:1 bonus issue in September 2025. Joint statutory auditors issued an unqualified limited review report.
Strong quarter for shareholders, with profit growth outpacing revenue growth and continued margin expansion supported by lower finance costs. The QIP-funded capex on automation, recycling plants, and possible acquisitions could drive future growth, though the impact of new Labour Codes remains to be fully assessed.
