Time Technoplast reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,35,265 lakhs for Q1 FY26, up about 10% from ₹1,23,005 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Net profit after tax rose to ₹9,655 lakhs (from ₹8,046 lakhs), a 20% jump, with EPS at ₹4.19 vs ₹3.49. Operating EBITDA margin expanded to 14.47% from 14.23%, and the debt-to-equity ratio improved to 0.20 from 0.27. The board also approved a 1:1 bonus share issue (one free share for every share held), subject to shareholder approval, along with an increase in authorised share capital to ₹100 crore from ₹52.5 crore. Three Whole Time Directors, including two promoter co-founders, were re-appointed, and the 35th AGM was scheduled for September 11, 2025.
The 20% PAT growth and margin expansion are positive signals for shareholders, though revenue growth was a more modest ~10%. The 1:1 bonus issue will double the share count, which typically lowers the per-share price but does not change the overall value of holdings; it is funded out of securities premium and pending member approval.
