Times Green Energy (India) Ltd reported audited FY25 results with total income of ₹4,009.74 lakhs, up about 22.5% from ₹3,273.65 lakhs in FY24, driven mainly by revenue from operations of ₹4,003.50 lakhs. However, net profit declined roughly 21% to ₹37.44 lakhs from ₹47.30 lakhs a year earlier, pulling basic EPS down to ₹2.25 from ₹2.84. Operating cash flow remained negative at ₹-117.21 lakhs (versus ₹-169.30 lakhs in FY24), showing that the topline growth is not yet translating into cash generation. The auditor (VASG & Associates) issued an unmodified opinion, but flagged old outstanding statutory dues (TDS/TCS/income tax) and a Capital WIP property of ₹2.29 crore whose title deed is in a related person's name. The board also appointed new Secretarial Auditor M/s. JNG & Co. LLP and Internal Auditor M/s. T R A K & Associates for FY26 and FY27.
Revenue growth above 20% is a positive signal, but the fall in net profit and persistent negative operating cash flow are concerns for shareholders. Pending statutory dues and a title-deed mismatch on a major capital work-in-progress asset are yellow flags worth monitoring.
