Timex Group India's Board approved un-audited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations rose sharply to Rs. 16,894 lakhs, up from Rs. 10,867 lakhs in Q1 FY25 — a growth of about 55% year-on-year. Profit after tax jumped to Rs. 1,467 lakhs from Rs. 243 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, with earnings per share (basic and diluted) rising to Rs. 1.33 from Rs. 0.06. Operating profitability improved significantly, with profit before tax climbing to Rs. 1,987 lakhs versus Rs. 325 lakhs last year. The auditor (Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP) issued an unqualified review report with no qualifications. No exceptional items were recorded during the quarter.
Strong double-digit top-line growth and a sharp recovery in profitability signal improving demand and better operating leverage, which is positive for shareholders. The clean auditor report and absence of exceptional items add to the upbeat tone for the stock.
