For H1 FY26, revenue rose 46% to Rs. 41,261 lakhs and PBT jumped 123% to Rs. 6,056 lakhs, while EBITDA grew 116%, lifting the EBITDA margin to 15.7% of revenue. Growth was broad-based across brands — Versace up 57%, Timex up 52%, Guess up 45% — and channels, with e-commerce up 53%. The Board also approved an interim dividend of Rs. 12.71 crore on cumulative preference shares to clear unpaid accumulated dividend for FY2020-21 to FY2023-24.
Strong all-round beat on revenue, profitability, and margins, supported by premiumisation and channel expansion; likely positive for stock sentiment. Operating cash flow more than doubled to Rs. 63.96 crore, reinforcing earnings quality, though investors should note that no dividend has been declared on equity shareholders this quarter.
