Timex Group India reported strong FY25-26 results with total revenue of ₹800 crore, up 48% from ₹538 crore in FY24-25. The company delivered a 134% jump in EBITDA to ₹116 crore (margin 14.5% vs 9.2% prior year) and a 151% PBT jump to ₹107.4 crore. Net profit for the year stood at ₹75.4 crore, up from ₹31.4 crore — a growth of ~140%. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion confirming clean financials. The board also recommended dividends on three tranches of preference shares and approved re-appointment of Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as internal auditors for FY26-27. An exceptional item of ₹531 lakh was recognized due to new labour code provisions.
The company's 48% revenue growth, near-doubling of EBITDA, and 140%+ PAT growth signal strong operational momentum and improved profitability — a positive indicator for equity shareholders and likely to support the stock price.
