Timex Group India reported exceptional Q1 FY26 results with revenue of ₹169 crores, up 55% year-on-year. EBITDA grew 4.5 times and Profit Before Tax grew 6 times, indicating strong operating leverage. The flagship Timex brand delivered a record 77% growth, driven by premiumisation, while Guess Watches grew 33% and Versace grew 18%. E-commerce channel doubled with 102% growth, and the OEM business posted triple-digit gains. The company also expanded into fashion jewellery with the launch of GUESS jewellery this quarter.
Strong all-round performance with multi-fold profit growth signals excellent operating leverage and margin expansion. The 55% revenue growth combined with even stronger profitability growth is likely positive for the stock, though investors should compare against expectations and watch for sustained momentum in coming quarters.
