Timex Group India reported strong Q3 FY26 results with total income of Rs. 151 crores, up 26% year-on-year. Profit before exceptional items and tax tripled (3.05x) compared to the same quarter last year, while EBITDA before exceptional items grew 2.23x, showing sharp improvement in profitability. The flagship Timex brand led with 32% growth, while Guess and Versace also delivered strong double-digit growth. For 9M FY26, total income stood at Rs. 565 crores, up 40%, with e-commerce surging 70% and trade channel growing 25%. The company also launched Aston Martin Watches in India, expanded premium and luxury portfolio, and scaled manufacturing capacity to ~10 million units annually.
Strong beat on both revenue and profitability with margin expansion; the 26% revenue growth and 3x PBT growth are likely to be viewed positively by the market, though investors should watch for the size of the exceptional item mentioned in results.
