Timken India posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 764.4 crore, up 13.8% YoY, but PAT fell 32.9% to Rs 49.8 crore vs Rs 74.3 crore. 9M revenue rose 6.3% to Rs 2,346 crore while PAT dipped 6.5% to Rs 243.5 crore. Margins compressed sharply due to higher material and stock-in-trade costs. Board approved acquisition of Timken GGB Technology for Rs 128.8 crore and appointed Michael Discenza as Non-Executive Director effective April 15, 2026. Auditor review is unmodified.
Revenue grew but PAT fell sharply on margin compression. GGB acquisition expands the group. Director appointment is routine.
