Tirupati Foam reported Q2 FY26 (ended 30 Sept 2025) revenue from operations of ₹2,288.38 lakhs, slightly down from ₹2,308.15 lakhs in Q2 FY25. Half-yearly revenue declined ~4% to ₹4,584.84 lakhs from ₹4,776.30 lakhs last year. Despite the revenue dip, net profit rose ~22.5% to ₹54.72 lakhs (from ₹44.66 lakhs), driven by lower raw material and finance costs. EPS improved to ₹1.24 vs ₹1.01. The auditor (F P & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Mixed picture for shareholders – top-line is shrinking but profitability is improving through cost control, which may support margins in the near term. However, operating cash flow fell sharply (~45% lower YoY at ₹263 lakhs vs ₹480 lakhs), and borrowings remain elevated (~₹3,567 lakhs vs equity of ~₹3,303 lakhs), so investors should watch liquidity closely.
