Tirupati Sarjan's board approved standalone unaudited results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Total revenue fell to Rs. 3,114.52 lakhs from Rs. 4,137.17 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a decline of about 24.7% year-on-year, mainly because construction business revenue crashed from Rs. 389.50 lakhs to Rs. 54.62 lakhs. Tender division revenue also slipped from Rs. 3,977.91 lakhs to Rs. 2,946.55 lakhs. Net profit dipped modestly to Rs. 106.34 lakhs (vs Rs. 120.80 lakhs), with EPS at Rs. 0.32 vs Rs. 0.37. Despite the top-line fall, profitability improved — operating margin (PBT) rose to ~4.85% from ~3.94%, helped by lower construction costs and inventory adjustments.
Sharp revenue decline is a concern, but better margins and steady tender business provide some cushion; investors should watch whether the construction segment picks up in coming quarters.
