Titan Biotech reported a decline in full-year FY25 performance. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs. 15,645.08 lakhs from Rs. 16,407.21 lakhs in FY24, a drop of about 4.6%. Profit after tax declined sharper to Rs. 1,827.11 lakhs from Rs. 2,366.32 lakhs, down roughly 22.8%, with EPS falling to Rs. 22.11 from Rs. 28.64. The Q4 standalone quarter was also weak, with revenue at Rs. 3,516.93 lakhs and PAT at Rs. 376.61 lakhs, both lower year-on-year. On a consolidated basis, FY25 PAT stood at Rs. 2,153.16 lakhs versus Rs. 2,485.30 lakhs. The board recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share and statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Shareholders see weaker top line and a significant earnings drop year-on-year, partly offset by a modest dividend and a clean audit. The earnings contraction and margin compression are negative signals for near-term sentiment, though other equity grew and borrowings were reduced.
