On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.8 pts more than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Titan Biotech has fixed Friday, February 20, 2026, as the record date for its stock split, which was earlier approved by the Board on November 29, 2025 and by shareholders via postal ballot on December 30, 2025. Under the split, every 1 equity share of face value Rs. 10 will be subdivided into 5 equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each, fully paid-up. Investors holding shares as of the record date will be eligible to receive the split shares. This is purely a change in face value and share count — the total investment value remains the same, only the share price adjusts proportionally.
The split makes each share more affordable and improves liquidity/trading, but does not change the company's fundamentals or shareholder wealth. Existing shareholders will automatically hold 5x more shares at roughly one-fifth the price post the record date.
