Titan Biotech's board approved unaudited results for Q2 and H1 FY26 on November 11, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew to ₹5,435.47 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from ₹3,989.11 lakhs in Q2 FY25, a jump of about 36%. For the half-year, standalone revenue rose to ₹10,085.11 lakhs from ₹8,300.57 lakhs. Standalone profit after tax came in at ₹686.25 lakhs for Q2 (vs ₹500.35 lakhs YoY) and ₹1,302.33 lakhs for H1 (vs ₹1,070.31 lakhs YoY). EPS stood at ₹8.30 for the quarter and ₹15.76 for the half-year on a standalone basis. Consolidated PAT for Q2 was ₹776.47 lakhs (including ₹90.22 lakhs share from associates Peptech Biosciences and Titan Media). The auditor issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results. The company noted that freight has been reclassified — added to both revenue and other expenses to neutralise its effect — so the headline revenue growth partly reflects this accounting change.
Strong YoY growth in both revenue and profit signals improving business momentum, which is generally positive for shareholders. The clean auditor report with no qualifications removes a key risk overhang. Note that part of the revenue jump is due to freight reclassification, so underlying like-for-like growth is somewhat lower but still healthy.
