Titan Biotech's board, at its May 30, 2025 meeting, approved audited standalone and consolidated results for FY25 and recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.00 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs. 15,645.08 lakhs from Rs. 16,407.21 lakhs in FY24, a decline of about 4.6%, while profit after tax dropped to Rs. 1,827.11 lakhs from Rs. 2,366.32 lakhs (down roughly 23%). Standalone EPS stood at Rs. 22.11 versus Rs. 28.64 a year ago, and consolidated EPS came in at Rs. 26.06 versus Rs. 30.07. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the results. The board also appointed new secretarial, cost, and internal auditors for upcoming terms. Operating cash flow remained healthy at Rs. 2,012.33 lakhs.
Shareholders stand to receive a Rs. 2.00 per share dividend if approved at the AGM, but the sharp fall in profit and declining revenue may weigh on near-term sentiment despite the clean audit and strong cash generation.
