The company completed its 67% acquisition of Damas Jewellery in GCC and added 27 stores in India during the quarter. An unmodified audit opinion was issued, and the board recommended a dividend of ₹15 per share. An exceptional item of ₹89 crores was recorded due to changes in Indian labour codes.
Titan delivered outstanding quarterly and annual growth driven by jewellery strength and new acquisitions. The 52% PAT growth and margin expansion signal strong operational efficiency. However, investors should note the exceptional labour code charge and the loss from the international jewellery business including Damas.
